"As a first-time buyer, I was anxious about the whole process. Rhonda exceeded all expectations and helped me every step of the way. She helped narrow down an area to focus upon, that met my needs; she helped form a strategy when putting in my offer, which, inspire of another offer being submitted  at the same time as mine, was successful; she negotiated on my behalf with the listing agent. And, when the closing date I was planning around was suddenly about to change, it was Rhonda who I called, and she took care of it. Needless to say, I will be referring my family and friends to Rhonda. And, (while I have no desire to move anytime soon because I love my new house), should I ever need to buy/sell a house, I will absolutely call Rhonda."

Rhonda also had a very difficult obstacle in dealing with the  seller's agent. I unfortunately had the displeasure of speaking with him as he was doing everything he could to insult Rhonda. I was very impressed with her professionalism despite the other agent's rudeness. I had no idea of her headache until the purchase was over and she told me of it.

I cannot express how grateful I am with her honesty and professionalism. I have recommended her and know that she is just not about making money and "the sell" but she sincerely wants people to have the home of their dreams and so things the right way, even if it takes longer and more work.
